When I first started Nuttee Bean company my vision was to create a ‘Better for You’ product that was truly ‘Better for Everybody”. The Nuttee Bean is the magical Fava Bean! It is truly a remarkable plant and after discovering this bean I saw that this plant had so much versatility that it could fill a lot of voids. I first saw these beans sold on the streets in South America. They sold them like gum in small packets. I first thought they were a different kind of peanut. I forgot about them for years and then while traveling to other countries saw that they were a staple and a snack prepared in many different forms. My quest started. I then came up with a process to make this bean a crunchy, delicious nutritious and clean snack. We went one step further to be Free of the Top 9 allergens so it is truly a ‘Better for Everybody snack.It has been a journey and Fava is slowly becoming a new word in the food industry. Our dream is to educate everyone on the Power of Fava and the way it can be used in every type of food in the future. Thus the creation of the Nuttee Bean Co and our Brand Favalicious.
