Working for Roeslein & Associates Shanghai office as Engineering Manager,helped to establish engineering department, worked with locally hired purchasing, mechanical, electrical, CAD designer as well as company’s US office to set up and implement engineering standards, develop local ability to design and generate drawings as well as managing projects through all phases of a project execution.

Joined new started Shanghai Office of Roeslein & Associates as the first local engineer, helped to establish operation from scratch. As a project engineer, I started from preparing production for brand new Shanghai office, sourcing local material, interpret drawings generated from US Headquarters, drawing control, production supervision and site construction support.

Worked as a lead project engineer for state owned company named Chinalco Shanghai Copper from 11/07-03/11. Worked in the High Precision Copper Stripper Project Department, which takes control of the whole project with more than 1.4 billion total capital investment. Responsible for four pieces of European imported equipment (total contract value 110 million) for finishing lines. Participated in the whole process including tendering/ bidding, technical negotiation, design review, pre-delivery inspection, installation, commissioning, SOP establishing etc. when work for this position more than three years,
