    As the EMA market development manager in Hoganas China, I am in charge of the market development of the company’s electro-magnetism application products, which include such product categories as pot core inductors and soft magnetic composite powder materials.My working content for the company includes such activities as searching and contacting prospective and find new applications/projects, proactively calling potential and incumbent customers to promote the Hoganas inductor technology, coordinating with the Hoganas Sweden inductor design team and the customers to customize our inductor products based on the customers’ specific demand and specifications. Meanwhile I also support customers on their development and push forward their project progress, and coordinate with the relevant Hoganas production sector and the customers during the whole product development process, which ranges from initial volume production to final industrialization and mass production.At Hoganas I am responsible for the market and customer development of the Somaloy material mostly in China. On this market development position my working is focused on such activities as organizing new customers to provide technical presentations and promote the company Somaloy material for relevant motor applications, actively communicating and partnering with the customers’ motor design teams (E-traction, Electrical pump, HVAC…) for their new motor design work. At the same time I coordinate with our Sweden motor design team and all the customers to offer our professional technical supports on their motor design, and help all PM customers to achieve an optimized production process from the initial prototyping to the later trial production till the final volume production.
