Solutionist: (noun) One who makes a practice or occupation of solving puzzles. One of my philosophies that has served me well: "I never want to have to ask for more money. I want to inspire you to want to find creative ways to compensate me and entice me to stay."I continue to be blessed beyond belief, professionally and personally. I tend to gravitate towards the center of incredibly complex challenges to feed my love of puzzles. The last two decades have been focused primarily on email and Active Directory migrations. Two decades before that I began my IT consulting adventure straight out of my community college IT internship at a local factory. I dropped out (up) of college and accepted a full-time IT consulting position with a small boutique value added reseller. My current adventure is sub-sub-sub-contracting for the world's leading migration software and services company as a professional services engineer. I've been blessed to work with truly wonderful people solving complex challenges. I've had wonderful bosses and some that were less than wonderful. I've had the opportunity to lead, teach, learn, follow, inspire, represent, speak up, speak out, and, hopefully, make a difference.I continue to find joy and beauty in puzzles and the people I meet along the way, so I believe that makes me rich, without the complications of money.

Worked with Fortune 100 clients as well as very small businesses using migration tools available such as Quest and Binary Tree. Authored migration scripts when the tools weren't appropriate. Led Office 365 Readiness Assessment engagements at many clients which usually resulted in repeat business. Selected Roles:Microsoft BPOS-D/F Migration Global Escalation Team LeadLed the migration escalation team as well as on/offshore migration teams handling all service on-boarding migrations from Exchange, Lotus Notes, and Groupwise for Microsoft Dedicated and Federal clients. Worked with the originators of the migration tools that became the basis of the Fast Track Onboarding service to refine their operational resilience and flexibility. Provided 3rd level support to clients and Microsoft teams responsible for ensuring absolute migration success.Global Chemical Company Migration LeadGuided global company in tying their email migration to a laptop hardware refresh which introduced supply chain logistic complexities making it impossible to determine and lock a schedule. Developed an automated process that triggered the completion of their migration when they first logged into their new laptop using the Quest Migration suite of tools. Microsoft Concierge Service Avanade Global LeadRapidly built and led a remote, global team of over 250 supporting "Office 365 Concierge Ambassadors" to accelerate the rate of O365 services adoption within the SMB community by providing unlimited "White Glove" trial service to a select group of their SMB clients as an experiment which was wildly successful in improving the public sentiment around Office 365 adoption complexity.
