Senior Consultant 2012-2019 Provided professional services for most of the Quest product line. Mainly the migrations and active directory backup, including pre-engagement planning, onsite and remote delivery and post-engagement follow up. While providing professional services I helped with our internal training of our consultants. Developed new training for each of the different products we supported. This was so we would be able to train new consultants and have less turnover as those consultants got on projects. Closer to 2019 I was doing more training material updates. Director of Training 2019-2021 We began to expand our training material and started including video. Also started selling the training to other partners and end clients. We started expanding the Training department and our server footprint from 50 servers to 100 servers. Managed employees and data infrastructure including Office 365.Vice President of Training 2021-Today Managed an internal project that got our Training center from 1.5hrs to stand up one training server to a class of 10 servers can be setup in about 15mins. When I started at MooreCo Inc there were several IT projects that were needing to be done. Started off by refreshing the desktops and laptops with Windows 7. We upgraded the Exchange 2003 Environment to Exchange 2010 as well as added OCS 2007 for internal IM. We also started getting VM's in place went from a 20 physical boxes down to 5 Physical servers with 2 I-SCSI disk arrays as well as creating a disaster recovery co-location where all of our backups as well as servers to bring back up just in-case of a disaster. Upgraded our POTS Telephone system to a new VOIP with a PRI Line.
