▪ Project: Merchant Duplicates Table Load Time Optimization• Drastically reduced the load time to surface merchant duplicates from upwards of minutes to milliseconds by replacing the existing Mongo/Elasticsearch query API with a graph-based database model, which significantly improved the user experience for internal risk strategists to identify fraudulent businesses• Drove meetings with Fraud team, Credit team, and Financial Crime team to truly understand their merchant data freshness requirements and translated them into technical requirements for the graph-based database model• Implemented the infrastructure to automate the query API switch over and backwards compatibility testing

▪ Project: Application Infrastructure Modernization• Led efforts in transforming on-prem applications to be cloud native through establishing Terraform best practices• Optimized Dockerfile through multi-stage builds which reduced image size from 30GB to 1GB• Enabled auto-scaling/recovery workflows for multiple applications through dynamic Kubernetes deployments using Helm• Wrote multi-stage CI/CD pipelines to automate the software delivery process using GitHub Actions▪ Project: Document Intelligence Platform• Developed a machine learning platform powered by microservices to extract information from high volume file uploads• Built APIs to eliminate redundant OCR through status checking which reduced frontend file load time from ~15s to ~2s• Optimized CI/CD by creating a new multi-stage pipeline which decreased build time from ~15m to ~5m

▪ Project: Pandemic Management Platform• Implemented heatmaps and social distancing dashboards to visualize Covid-19 contact tracing data for public use• Built dynamic UI components for the Insights Platform utilizing React.js, JS libraries, HTML, CSS, and Material UI• Engineered API requests through Redux and transformed geodata rich API payloads to POIs/hotspots using Mapbox• Managed frontend and backend teams to conduct integration testing and led the debugging process

▪ Project: SmileChild Web Application• Developed a web application using React.js to decrease the infant mortality rate by providing informational modules to caretakers and incentives for module completion• Led a team of 3 engineers to design and implement the organization web page using HTML, CSS, JS, and Bootstrap• Facilitated standup/sprint meetings and rolled out pair programming/code review sessions to increase team productivity

▪ Client: California Department of Public Health – Genetic Disease Screening Program• Created an interactive scenario planner for the client to manage remaining budget before contract extension• Identified user login issues for the Screening Information System (SIS) and designed a SIS Access Guide to solve the issue• Created user stories, and worked with both the developing and functional team to automate the application process to become a Genetic Counselor by implementing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)• Designed data field mapping criteria to assist the developers and UI/UX team to implement AEM• Researched and analyzed the AR/VR industry by identifying tech specs for multiple AR/VR products in the market and presenting the architecture behind AR/VR platforms
