Role of District Manager:● To be responsible for the effective implementation of the marketing and sales program, and the achievement of team target sales in an assigned area and maximize sales growth potential.● Coordinate sales and service activities with cross divisional peers and internal functions team such as Sale operation, marketing Team, Supply Chain, Financial Team. Explore and maintain relationships to giant accounts, e.g luxury hotels, hotel properties, theme park, International School, hospital, local chain, and restaurant by regular visits.● Lead Team sale meeting by weekly and catch up with sale trend. Formulate sales and marketing strategies to drive sustainable growth. Manage budget, prepare, and execute product programs, sales blitz, assess competitive environment● Develop and expand into selected strategic market segment, implement market product, channel, pricing strategies to maximize business performance.● Maintain relationship and network with customer through prospect visits to generate new business opportunities or partnerships.● Handling daily sale operations eg. Customer’s enquiries, order follow up, invoicing, delivery and logistics, sale report and inventory forecast.● Establish and coaching sales team to have the business development and increase quality sales volume.
