Outcome driven technical and business leader developing APIs for a financial / policy administration system. Assisted multimillion dollar global insurers and financial institutions with developing their business processes and then served as the enterprise architect to implement these processes. Supported two products, Compassi a DTD / XML API and CAPI a RESTful JSON based API. Responsibilities included weekly meetings with all services clients to define projects and track progress, daily meetings with the sprint team developing the services, providing technical guidance, project estimates, and budget tracking. Managed ‘modernization’, and transition from Compassi services (DTD / XML) to CAPI (RESTful / JSON).
