 Hold an active FEMA Contractor badge (Federal Emergency Response Contractor)  As Housing Inspector, Schedule, Perform & Submit FEMA requested Claims in Houston, TX, Beaumont, TX, Daytona Beach, FL, Deltona, FL & Orange City, FL. Schedule and meet with applicant at disaster site Gather documentation of applicant to ensure the applicant or qualified representative is present Perform routine inspection entering disaster related data in the application including Square footage of home, list of names that reside in home, and if needed, proof of Occupancy and Ownership Communicate this information to WSP Central team to forward to FEMA Current on all training material and deployment readiness
