Over the course of my career, I’ve created alignment and improvements in the areas of Real Estate, Facilities Management, Data Center Operations, Security and Risk Mitigation, Outsourcing/Managed Services, Travel, Logistics, Print Management, Office Services and Supplies. Key to success is my disciplined use of category planning, strategic negotiating and, always, a collaborating and transparent partnership approach to supplier management. In addition, I have negotiated over $175M in savings, and have consolidated 430 firms to 20 through targeted convergence optimizations; while increasing the number of Diversity Suppliers by 33%. Fortunate to have created, developing and leading high functional teams, we have driven savings and critical successes to their business lines.
