Responsible for prudent underwriting and effective credit and risk administration with particular emphasis on adherence to credit policy and requirements, financial analysis/modeling, risk evaluation, on-going portfolio maintenance activities, and client support for an assigned portfolio of existing REIT clients. Ensuring overall portfolio performance and asset quality remains strong and when necessary surfaces issues, proposes and collaborate with others on strategies and actions to limit risk and loss to the Bank.Monitor the performance of existing borrowers within assigned portfolio and ensure compliance with financial covenants.Assist the Relationship Manager in structuring more advanced credit transactions, developing proposal letters, TOSs, term sheets and commitment letters.

Sole credit analyst supporting a team of 8 Relationship and Portfolios Managers covering 70+ REIT relationships with an aggregate commitments of $4.2B.Primary team member responsible for the evaluation of complex financial statements utilizing Moodys RiskAnalyst spreading software. Preparation of comprehensive client annual review packages with a focus on trend analysis in order to identify potential credit risks. Assisted Portfolio Managers with all aspects of new credit underwritings. Utilized models to evaluate the strength of borrower’s cash flow and its ability to provide for primary and secondary sources of repayment, as well as models to assess refinance riskQuarterly collection and evaluation of client financial covenant packages to ensure compliance with stated credit agreement guidelines. Participation in client visits, bank group meetings, and special events with a focus on good stewardship as a representative of Citizens Bank. Completion of special projects as required by Senior Management and other additional responsibilitiesas requested.
