Frank has 1.5 years of experience in the life insurance industry. He has worked at the boutique actuarial consultancy Azuria Partners and is currently working as an Actuarial Analyst at TAL Australia. He is diligently working towards his fellowship with the Actuaries Institute. Throughout his consulting career, Frank has gained diverse experience in Financial Reporting, Direct Pricing, Regulatory Capital and Projection Modelling. These experiences have equipped him with a solid skill set and profound understanding of the business dynamics within the life insurance sector. His technical expertise, quick learning ability, communication skills, and teamwork have been demonstrated and well-recognised by clients and internal management during multiple client secondments. Motivated by a commitment to improving data and modelling practices, Frank seeks to leverage his advanced programming and modelling skills to drive successful outcomes and meet strategic goals for corporations. In his current role at TAL, he is passionate about delivering model review initiatives that enhance the internal risk mitigation framework and explore creative solutions to model quality management and control.
