Responsible for Sephora project and its overall control of the sub-projects (infrastructure, design, monitoring, etc).Product a new e-commerce business website for Sephora. 1. Research needs of organization to participate in dozens of the Workshop, and coordination team, co-ordinate arrangements for the the SRS documentation for the preparation, delivery of 12 high-quality SRS document.2. Research according to the needs of the project, and gradually improve the project plan and present to customers weekly. Produce a very detailed project development plan with MPP table, combined with tools such as JIRA & Confluence coordination office management.3. Work closely with the design team to complete the Design and complete 75% of the HTML Coding and testing in accordance with the requirements of the Frontend requirements document. Quality HTML deliverables praised by customers.4. Organize internal system design, leading the team to complete the main system system design, including Frontend, Backend, CMS, OMS, Interface and Infrastructure.5. coordination company internal server resources, build a development environment.6. Develop Change management process.7. Develop Defect management process.
