Frank has been involved in the telecommunications industry for the past decade. He has over 10 years of corporate work experience which he gained through working for various JSE listed companies. In his 10 year work tenure, he has successfully occupied various work roles such as: Quality Assurance Supervisor, Operations Support Specialist, Knowledge Manager and Web Developer.In the year 2019/2020: He and the team completed CSIR's Cybersecurity and Systems Integration market opportunity reports on behalf of the Department of Science and Innovation for the 10 year 4IR plan. In the year 2020: He partnered with a blue-chip tech company (sponsorship), to have his team members be accredited to become AAIs (Authorized Amazon Instructors). He managed and oversaw the entire engagement and process with the sponsor and Amazon in Europe. The team lead cloud engineer undergone through a AWS Cloud Master-Class for 4 days, and was successfully on-boarded by Amazon(AWS) to become one of the few accredited AWS trainers in South Africa. In the year 2013: Frank was selected as a member of the Frontline enablement customer service project for Altech. In the year 2013: He introduced the IVR (Integrated Voice Recognition) governance framework for Altech. In the same year, he administered Device Solutions Platform project roll out. He founded and implemented MTN Banking library for Merchants (a Division of Dimension Data), which was used as a tool to assist employees who were enrolled in long distance education to utilize IT resources and a quiet space to complete their assignments during their lunch breaks. In 2007, he implemented the Quality Assurance department, together with the quality manager, for SAA (South African Airways) pilot project on behalf of Merchants.
