• Managed technical activities and implementation of the wholesale lockbox application suite consisting of over 130 windows /linux application server to a new organization for a top 15 US bank.
• Responsible for co-ordination of data migration, data exchange, application installations and issue resolution.
• Acted as a Lead technical resource in the planning, design and build of the underlying system architecture on both Linux and Wintel platforms for the US lockbox platform.

• Responsible for the implementation of new application releases for USLBX. This release introduced a new online Archive application. The project utilized new enterprise methodologies and involved resources from multiple.
• Responsible for Release 5.5, which introduced enhanced interactive features via the online Archive application to achieve market competitiveness. This project consisted of major application changes with a high degree.
• Successfully implemented a MultiBank workflow strategy that allowed the business to sell services for any client bank in any processing site. The project involved major application changes incorporating enterprise.
• Served as subject matter expert to business operations, network/server teams, business analysts and technical architects.
• Directed change management procedures for implementing code to company environments including DEV, UAT, Staging and Production.
• Participated in BCA reviews, BRD definitions and project estimations.
