I started my career in the credit industry in 1996. I have had the opportunity to experience commercial collections including sole proprietorships, corporations, and partnerships.I have been privileged to encounter many different areas of consumer collections. These areas include mortgage, secured, unsecured, medical, auto deficiencies, student loans, and pre legal. I have been a shift supervisor in charge of up to 30 employees. I was also a training supervisor where I was able to pass my abundant knowledge on to my classes. I receive great joy in helping others succeed.I am very knowledgeable on the FDCPA and other federal regulationsl including guidlines set forth by the CFPB and UDAAP. I have excellent communication and negotiation skills. I strive on a daily basis to achieve excellence.
