Frank Mountcastle is a managing director at Harris Williams and has served in a variety of leadership positions during his tenure with the firm. As Head of M&A, Frank works across our eight Industry Groups to strengthen ongoing engagement and collaboration and help ensure we deliver exceptional outcomes for Harris Williams clients. Additionally, Frank co-leads our Transportation & Logistics Group where he has extensive expertise working with clients across the automotive and heavy-duty aftermarket, third-party logistics, and transportation infrastructure sectors. Frank, who joined the firm in 2012, has over 30 years of experience advising clients on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestures, capital raisings, and financings. He based in our Richmond office.
