Application Support Analyst
CurrentManage users, including initial setup and maintenance of platforms, user licenses and other technologies utilized by the firm. Collaborate with training subject matter experts to effectively train new hires and existing employees. Serve as point of contact responsible for assessing inquiry impact and escalating within IT or with vendors. Perform quality assurance testing in collaboration with IT and business users. Participate in design management of various Microsoft Dynamics CRM features impacting the firm. Assist with project communication, project management and project rollouts. Market firm wide our various new projects and features to aid in firm business, cross departmental rapport and relationships.
