Started career in the executive search business while pursuing a graduate degree, and aquired full HR generalist responsibilities in manufacturing environments in the chemicals and aerospace industries in the first ten years of a robost career. Currently leading the HR function in a diverse holding company with operations in Coca Cola bottling, Asian frozen food manufacturing, newspaper and magazine publishing, and Oil and gas exploration and production.
