Frank is a retired Senior Executive who continues to be active at Board level in community service organisations and recently in local government. He is a qualified mathematician with an extensive career in Information Technology and corporate services spanning almost 40 years and he is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.Frank is Chair of Napier Street Aged Care Services and recently retired as a Director of CatholicCare Victoria, CatholicCare Victoria Housing and the Fr Bob Maguire Foundation. He was previously a Director of HousingFirst Ltd (Chair 2014 - 2020), a Director of Good Shepherd Australia New Zealand Ltd, a Director of Star Health Ltd and an independent member of the Finance Audit & Risk Management Committee of South East Melbourne PHN. He has extensive governance experience serving on the Boards of numerous local community organisations and was awarded the Centenary of Federation Medal in 2003 for services to the community. Frank was a Councillor of the City of Port Phillip and served as Mayor from 2008 to 2010 and was a Councillor and twice Mayor at the former City of South Melbourne.For the last 15 years of his executive career, he worked at General Manager level in a financial services and insurance organisation with a wide range of responsibilities at various stages. These included information technology, human resources, property, legal, risk management and governance. He was also an executive director on a number of subsidiary Boards for the parent organisation.
