Installed and repaired HVAC-R in commercial and residential buildings including gas fireplaces and stoves, ducting, heat pumps, air handlers, package rooftop units, commercial restaurant equipment including hood vents, make-up air units, ovens, grills, deep fryers, and walk-in coolers and freezers.Performed roles including refining and managing the RFP process, submittal process, punchlist and closeout, scheduling, RFI’s, billing, change orders, and contract review.
