As a volunteer technical coordinator for the Cal Poly Women's Volleyball team since my first year, I have recorded statistics during year-round practices and matches in the season. I analyze this data and present it in a way that helps enhance team performance. Additionally, I manage equipment and handle various tasks assigned by the coaches.

As a coach, I work with athletes of all ages to help improve their skills and performance. I also help run drills, give critiques, and create a safe space for athletes to grow as players

After 7 weeks of consistent training during the spring quarter, a few pieces of training throughout the summer, and a 4-day pre-week preparation, I led a group of about 20 first-year students through the beautiful sights on and off campus at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, while also attending important presentations with these first-year students regarding important tips and matters to get through the first year of college safely and successfully.

Over the course of a decade, I held various leadership positions, provided numerous hours of community service, and engaged in team and leadership activities, all of which led to me achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. For my final project, I devoted over 80 hours towards identifying a community project, creating a detailed project plan, securing external funding, coordinating resources, and directing a team consisting of over 20 boys.
