Manage the overall administrative activities of a primary care practice. Responsible for all business planning and decision making regarding the financial operations of the group. I function as the chief compliance officer, official of records and developer of all programs to meet the contractal requirements of CMS and the Tennessee commercial insurance carriers. Group has achieved Meaningful Use status from 2011 - 2015. Currently operating in Stage 2 of MU. Group was a member of the Cumberland Center for Healthcare Innovation (CCHI) ACO from 2012 - 2015. RFM consistently ranked in the top two of all practices (28 Total) for quality performance.

Project consultant for healthcare quality improvement with business related perspectives. Helping healthcare providers meet and exceed the challenges of the many quality programs that have become a daily part of their clinical practices.

Cumberland Center for Healthcare Innovation (CCHI) is a private (LLC) Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) Advance Payment (AP) Accountable Care Organization (ACO). CCHI is contracted with CMS to develop better ways to serve its attributed Medicare beneficiaries population. CCHI's three (3) year contract is a challenge to meet the goals of CMS's triple aim to improve care, quality and cost of healthcare in the Upper Cumberland Region of East-Middle Tennessee.

Introduced Digital Publishing for the first time to a 100 year old publishing company. Brought desktop publishing to both the News and Commercial publishing operations of the organization.

Chief decision maker for all company information systems and telecommunications operations. Established a software development group internal to the company to meet the specific needs of this vertically integrated timber, pulp and paper grower, manufacturer and converter. Chaired the companies successful project to obtain ISO9001 certification for pulp and paper operations in 2000.
