Jenni Jane Paper focuses on the Wholesale Foods Trade, with a line of Fully Compostable Paper Supplies to both Manufacturers for specialty Paper Supplies, like Press-ware Trays for frozen food manufacturing, Cartons and Paper Packaging for the Pizza and Fast Food Industry, and Bakeries with Specialty Paper Cups to Gourmet Greaseless Gourmet Tulip and Lotus Cups. After selling my Tesoros Foods Co. to Lundberg Farms, I returned to Whole Foods as Retail Store Leadership to refresh my skills in the retail Natural Foods environment. I helped Launch the Amazon Prime Now program in Irvine, Tustin, and Brea Locations. I also successfully managed the Safety Program for the stores, reducing store accidents to 0 over a 13 month period. I successfully managed approximately 150 Team Members and helped to educate staff on Natural Foods and Retail Business Merchandising. Nothing more rewarding to me then watching my teams personally grow.

"Bringing Home the Flavors of the World" I founded my company, as a Brokerage initially, helping key Natural Foods Manufacturers to create Private Label Products for Retailers in both Frozen and Grocery products. Developing Items for companies such as Little Lady Foods, Amy's Kitchen, Taj Gourmet, and worked with US Buyers developing Asian meals. I then started into International Trade with Tesoros Trading Co., an importer of Asian Ingredients and Private Label Products for Specialty stores like Trader Joes and Sprouts, to name a few. I searched for the smaller Foods Processors in Thailand, China, Vietnam and Taiwan. I was proud to help these companies (eg.Lanna Agro, CM Frozen Foods and Vita Foods) get their Organic Certifications, and become a Certified USDA Organic Facility, also getting their SQF Certifications. Wi- Win partnerships helped them grow into profitable, high volume Manufacturers for the US market. Some of my most successful accomplishments were creating the Frozen Sliced Chocolate Covered Banana's, under many different brands to Retailers in America. I also introduced and successfully launched the Mukimame (Shelled Edamame) in the US Creating an opportunity with what was then in Asia, considered a waste product and sold for feed to farmers I have been an Edamame advocate since the 80's and saw the opportunity after visiting the Farmers and Processors all over Asia. At Tesoros I was able to turn this into a retail product more successful than the Original Edamame Whole Pods. Today, Mukimame (Shell removed Edamame) is found in every store in the US. Tesoros also became the Largest Exporter in Thailand for Edamame in the US. We successfully developed many Private Label Meals for Retailers. In 2016 I sold the company to a Rice Farmer in Chico Ca. My ultimate goal in selling the company was to find a company that could grow and develop the Edamame in the US, but that never came to fruition. So, I moved on gracefully.

I was Recruited to Ethnic Gourmet Foods immediately after leaving Amy's Kitchen. When I joined it was Taj Gourmet Foods, as the National Sales Director. I also helped direct the company into other Asian Cuisine beyond Indian Meals and Sauces. I successfully grew the company's product mix and sales. It was then we decided on a name change, to Ethnic Gourmet Foods. I hired a team of Sales People and Brokerage companies across the us. I also very successfully secured placement of Private Label SKU's for Trader Joe's. The copy was then sold to Heinz, then Hain Foods.

Prior to joining Amy's Kitchen I had helped develop first line products for Amy's Kitchen, including the Original Vegetable Pot Pie, Veg Lasagna, Vegetable Loaf Dinner, Enchilada's. I helped Amy's to focus on the Organic Trade giving Andy help guiding him into Organic ingredients for the Co. I also became the first National Sales Director. Hiring Sales Managers, as well as a network of Brokers across the US.eventually leaving Amy's kitchento find an equity Ownership position with Ethnic Gourmet Foods in Framingham Mass.

Started with Mrs Gooch's / Whole Foods in 1983. Started in the Hermosa Beach location and worked my way into a Corporate Buying position in 1987. Worked as the Director and Buyer for all 3 Categories until 1997. From this I was recruited by Amy's Kitchen.
