I create happiness. More specifically, I'm currently working at in Andy's Backyard at Toy Story Mania where I help to uphold the highest of safety standards to guarantee the wellbeing of every guest at Hollywood Studios whilst simultaneously prioritizing efficiency by consistently carrying over 1600 riders per hour. I uphold Disney's '5 Keys' of Safety, Courtesy, Inclusion, Show, and Efficiency by to creating an immersive ‘Toy Story Land’ experience using themed language, delivering enthusiastic original and predetermined spiels, and building lasting connections with each guest I encounter.

I was consulted on the creation of the Paramus Police Department's Digital Evidence Redaction Unit to supplement the implementation of their Body Worn Camera (BWC) Initiative. I developed a robust tracking system to catalogue and documenting digital evidence requests, monthly officer audits, and internal affairs inquiries and collaborated with command staff to create a BWC training video to improve unit efficiency. I then served as a Digital Evidence Clerk, reviewing body worn camera footage and redacting sensitive materials per the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office's operating procedures to protect civilian privacy and aid in legal proceedings.

I operated as the point of contact and lead hiring manager for crews of 25-100+ on numerous short-form commercial, photo, and music video projects taken on by 5Towns. With the help of tremendous teamwork and an extensive network of freelancers, I slashed production costs by using interpersonal skills to develop strong relationships and negotiate with NYC vendors and contractors. I managed production budgets, insurance, crew/vendor negotiations, payroll, and digital backup for projects up to $500k in size, designed a company-wide digital production filing system and authored a detailed handbook to streamline crew orientation, and oversaw all company communications while on and off set by using boundless enthusiasm to uplift crew morale and promote efficiency on jam-packed shoot days. During my time with 5Towns and as a freelancer thereafter, I had the privilege of working with a wonderful client base. Brands I've worked with include: Nike Jordan, MSCHF, Krisitin Ess, Snipes, and AwakeArtists I've worked with include: Satchel Lee, Demi Lovato, Lil Uzi Vert, Future, Chris Brown, mxmtoon, and H.E.R.

Completed my tenure with Camp Yaw Paw as its first ever Spirit Director— a position created to oversee camp morale, themed events, staff recruitment, and bonding activities. I held this position in addition to upholding my regular duties as Aquatics Director. I organized, emceed, and performed in weekly campfire shows for audiences of 150+, developed and delivered an original recruitment presentation to over 20 scout groups resulting in a 25% boost in enrollment, and successfully proposed and instituted an original summer camp 'Mystery' theme complete with new program elements, costumes, and immersive events to enhance camper experience.

Oversaw the operations of and served as the primary safety officer for all waterfront activities (swimming, boating, etc.) at Camp Lewis ('22) & Camp Yaw Paw ('23) working with Cub Scouts aged 5-10. Conducted BSA Lifeguard training and certification for 6 guards annually and personally managed the waterfront through detailed lesson planning, the implementation of original aquatics curriculum, and the development of unique Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) to account for every potential emergency scenario.Attended National Camping School and graduated a certified Aquatics Instructor, BSA complete with the credentials necessary to legally operate a professional waterfront.

Returned to Yaw Paw as its Assistant Program Director post-COVID with the added responsibilities of personally onboarding a completely new camp administration, coordinating and emceeing weekly family campfire/BBQ events, and overseeing camp theming.

Selected to work remotely as a member of an on-site skeleton crew of 5 staff members to put on Northern New Jersey Council's only virtual cub scout camp experience in history. Developed a cohesive curriculum, recorded streamable teaching segments, and met in real-time with campers aged 6-10 over Zoom to provide them with a fun, educational, and often hilarious summer camp experience during the COVID-19 pandemic with the goal of encouraging safe, fun outdoor enrichment.

Assisted in overseeing the daily operations of Camp Yaw Paw's summer programming for 150+ Cub Scouts per week and the management of 40+ staff members aged 14-22. Resolved staff, camper, and parent disputes, developed and instituted original program material for returning participants, and co-emceed weekly family campfire/BBQ shows alongside the program director.

Oversaw the operation of multiple program areas at NNJC's Camp Yaw Paw including: Shooting Sports, Cub Skills (Fire Building, Knife Safety, Knots and Lashings, Cooking), Nature, Sports, Fishing, and Cub Adventure (Rock Climbing, Team Building). Responsible for staff and camper safety in each area, activity and game leading/instruction, and equipment maintenance.

Accepted into a highly competitive internship program with Quinnipiac University's Integrated Marketing and Communications department. During my time with the IMC, I worked as a solo camera operator at various campus events, edited video content in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop for the University YouTube Channel, and aided in campus inclusivity by handling video subtitling and transcription creation. I helped to keep a consistent posting schedule by meeting deadlines, managing time effectively, and I occasionally appeared as an on-camera campus personality.

Provided incredible customer service working in a variety of retail front-end positions including: Cashier, Helping Hands, Self Checkout, and Mobile Ordering. I contributed to a highly efficient work environment by maintaining an Items per Minute average of 17.5 (3 points higher than store average) and helped Wegmans remain the highest-rated supermarket in the United States in customer service by always bringing a positive attitude to work and living their slogan: "Every day you get our best." I was recognized as a versatile employee and was often sent to assist in other departments as needed including Cheese, Bakery, Dairy, and Grocery.

Havenly Treats is a cafe with a mission. It's a home, training space, and community center for refugee and immigrant women stuck in cycles of poverty. A non-profit company that trains refugees how to work in a commercial kitchen environment, they provide their fellows with a salary during training, lessons in English, 1-1 career coaching, and a great deal of other assistance. During my internship, I worked remotely for Havenly and volunteered to edit a series of short social-media spots and a complex advertisement designed to solicit donations for Giving Tuesday in 2019. I worked with flexibility and efficiency to provide multiple revisions and ensure final exports met client expectations by hard deadlines.
