Project required LOTO of 4160vac and partial shutdown of system.Wrote commissioning procedures.Managed a combination team of engineers, consultants, operations, and sub-contractors working 22 campuses within the Baldwin Park Unified School District with upgraded lighting and HVAC. .

Commissioning and Designing Energy Management Control Systems, Energy Auditing in Educational Buildings, Writting EMCS SpecificationsDesign built control systems for Chapman University and City of Garden Grove Municipal buildings.Commissioned control systems and performed Energy Engineering Services for CMS Viron and Chevron Energy Solutions.· Commissioned LA Valley College's Energy Management and Control System (EMCS) that supported the customer's performance guarantee of $330,000 in the first year.· Wrote Energy Management and Control System specifications for a San Diego Community College Central Plant upgrade project.· Conducted a Performance Audit at Mt. San Antonio College that allowed the customer to proceed to the next phase of work with a multi-million dollar contract.· Supported the customer as a Construction Manager for a 4160vac infrastructure upgrade for two new buildings and two retrofitted buildings.· Commissioned 360 KW Combine Heat and Power system, using the heat for 100-ton absorption chiller.

Designed direct digital control (DDC) building systems for San Juan Capistrano School District and Los Angeles Valley College.· Wrote the Sequence of Operations and designed the EMCS for LA Valley's Energy Management and Control System that tied together all the campus buildings with the central plant and lighting systems.

ACCO Engineered Systems designs, manufactures and installs HVAC, plumbing, process piping, direct digital control systems. Design build control systems using pneumatic, electric and direct digital control for large HVAC projects. Performed cost estimates, wrote purchase requisitions and Operation and Maintenance Manuals. Project Engineer on two major buildings at Chapman University.· Commissioned an EMCS for an existing building at March AFB.

Design build HVAC DDC systems using STAEFA and ROBERTSHAW Control Systems using PC base computers. Supervised the installation crews; start up, checkout and customer training. The majority of the work was plans and specifications for high-rise and industrial buildings. Other projects included clean rooms, multi-building schools, hospitals and electronic VAV systems.· Achieved 42% gross mark-up on a $500,000 controls contract by tight project scheduling.· Projected managed an intrinsically safe control system for a pharmaceutical pilot plant.
