As a technical support adviser for Apple my duties consist of working from a call queue to help Apple customers who called in resolve their issues with their Apple product. As the customer’s first point of contact it was important to greet customers with s pleasant and professional tone and verify the customer. After verifying the customer I would ask probing questions to get to the root cause of the issue then assist the customer with resolving issues based on the article provided by the engineers who have studied and came up with the resolutions.

As a CSR for Sykes Enterprises my duties were to work from a call queue and answer incoming calls and assist customers with any issues, also to educate them by providing options and ways to prevent a re occurrence of the same issue. I would also bring to their attention any new products or services we have that they might be interested in and could benefit from.I also spent over half of my employment with Sykes as what was called a "Mentor". As a mentor my duties were to be available to all the agents on the floor and assist them when they ran into trouble on a call. Thus educating the rep and making for a more efficient and pleasant experience for the customer.

Responsible for the collection of waste placed in containers by residents of the city over a designated area daily. The area to be covered is predetermined by the route supervise and designated to each driver.While operating a one manned vehicle the collection was done by working the joystick inside the truck which controls the mechanical arm outside the truck, all while maintaining a safe environment.
