Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in visies voor centrumgebieden en sectorale visies voor detailhandel, horeca, recreatie en toerisme. - Distributie-planologisch onderzoek. Inzicht krijgen in kwantitatieve uitbreidingsruimte van specifieke branches of winkelgebieden. Daarbij wordt nadrukkelijk gekeken naar de kwalitatieve (ruimtelijke) effecten die uitbreiding heeft op het voorzieningenniveau en leegstand in de omgeving. - Haalbaar programma centrumgebieden. Ruimtelijk aankoopgedrag van consumenten veranderd en dit heeft invloed op winkelgebieden. Hoe zien onze centra er in de toekomst uit? Welke kansen zijn er? En welke ruimtelijke randvoorwaarden kunnen we meegeven? - Aanpak leegstand. Winkelleegstand is bijna niet meer weg te denken uit het straatbeeld in veel centrumgebieden. Maar hoe gaan we er mee om? Leegstaande panden worden niet meer vanzelfsprekend ingevuld door nieuwe winkels. Dit dwingt ons om na te denken over de functie van centrumgebieden en voorzieningen die centra ook in de toekomst relevant en vitaal houden.
