I’m a 40 year anchor including 30 years on KTVU in the Bay Area. Every newscast I’ve worked on has been number one. I also have 5 Emmys although that’s tends to mean more to others than it does to me. Full disclosure I ran into some bumps in the road at the end of my career. But as much as people like to see someone fall. They like even more to see that person get back up and that’s what I’ve done. I’m now at the peak of my game. Looking for a fresh start either in the Bay Area or outside. I’m also a social media expert. I have 600k followers on Facebook. Great at mentoring younger people just coming up. Great leader in the newsroom and especially on the set. Always looking for connections. Maybe there’s someone out there who’d like me to critique their tape ( I’d be happy to). Or maybe some one has some connections involving anchoring. Or voice over work particularly for high tech companies since there are so many in the Bay Area. Or consulting. I’m currently working to put together a business where I would work with anchors/reporters/and producers concerning storytelling/writing/and social media. Also available to speak to groups. I’ve got a lot of stories and opinions about the business. That includes watching two executions at San Quentin and flying with the Blue Angels.
