Senior Enlisted Leader of Air Force Recruiting Enterprise supporting 32 large business units (Air Force Squadrons) staffed with 3,000 recruiters and support personnel covering 1,300 recruiting offices worldwide. Formulates and executes all policies and procedures required to direct all Air Force enlisted, technical and health profession recruitment efforts. Directs accession standards and procedures, analysis & research programs for the organizations 30,000+ new hires annually. Primary strategic and operational recruiting advisor to two-star General (CEO) as well as 32 Talent Acquisition Managers to ensure HR compliance and accountability across the enterprise.Key Achievements:• Evaluated and advised subordinate organizations on the effectiveness of the performance management and training activities to ensure workforce planning, talent development, and annual recruiting goals were met. • Analyzed production data, identified trends, and implemented creative operations methods to improve the talent pipeline and meet key diversity targets. • Provided executive coaching to leadership teams focusing on talent management, succession planning and meeting intense regulatory compliance requirements.• Led Tiger Team for Special Warfare niche recruiting strategy; streamlined medical requirement procedures, increased manning by 10%, established production standards for 1.4K recruiters; drove command to meet mission requirements for first time in 15 years.• Led stand-up of Space Force recruiting force and developed technical recruiting training for 24 squadrons. Increased key diversity initiative resulting in female accessions up to 31% total requirements• Developed/led command operations strategy during COVID-19 pandemic & toughest production climate in 75 years—Air Fore achieved 100% goal in FY21; accessed 35K Total Force Airmen; 50 Chaplains & >750 rated/non-rated/Health Professions officers into Air Force
