CurrentThe HSE Co-ordinator, will assist the Quality, Safety and Standards function in the direction of Health, Safety andEnvironmental matters for that Unit and operations by:1) Assisting the Global Manager HSE and Business Unit Quality and Safety departments in carrying out responsibilities as directed.2) Monitoring the accident records and ensuring accident forms are raised, significant incidents and near misses investigated and once completed forwarded to the Global Manager HSE in… Show more The HSE Co-ordinator, will assist the Quality, Safety and Standards function in the direction of Health, Safety andEnvironmental matters for that Unit and operations by:1) Assisting the Global Manager HSE and Business Unit Quality and Safety departments in carrying out responsibilities as directed.2) Monitoring the accident records and ensuring accident forms are raised, significant incidents and near misses investigated and once completed forwarded to the Global Manager HSE in Aberdeen.3) Producing consultation documents to safety representatives of 3rd party works that is likely to affect their health or safety at work and to identify temporary controls as necessary4) Carrying out routine workplace audits as confirmed by Global Manager HSE and inspections accompanied by safety representatives and if required to rectify matters with line management. Complex matters of health, safety and environment are to be referred to the Global ManagerHSE5) To be a first point of contact on health and safety matters6) Supporting Fire Wardens for the base, involving:a) Routine checking of fire alarms.b) Maintaining the fire register.c) Bi-Annual evacuation co-ordination.d) First point of call for emergencies.7) Controlling permits to work.8) Controlling and monitoring 3rd party work on Company premises.9) Monitoring environmental standards as directed by the Global Manager HSE.10) Supporting the base, or bases, on any other salient HSE matters Show less
