• Influence and manage all aspects of operations, including: leadership development, management of staff, Board of Directors and over one hundred volunteers; serving children and their families with special needs through love of soccer and basketball.• Provide visionary and strategic leadership for E-Sports LV to reach, inspire and serve over 400 children and their families with special needs and their families throughout Las Vegas. • Provide visionary and strategic leadership for Hear The Cry International to rescue children from the sex-trade in Las Vegas and throughout the world, working to establish an orphanage in Guatemala City, Guatemala.• Effectively execute the vision, mission, strategies and goals for the Hear the Cry and E-Sports LV.• Communicate with Directors, Board member and volunteers, keeping them focused on the mission, vision, goals and strategies of corporation, identifying ongoing changes in the community served by the corporation. • Establish good working relationships and collaborative arrangements with community groups, funders, politicians, and other organizations to help achieve the financial goals of the corporation. • Represent the organization at community fundraising activities to enhance the organization's community profile.
