Draft nominated yarn/fabric process 4) Help quality colleague to solve yarn/fabric technical issues 5) Set up sustainable fiber/yarn/fabric supply to achieve company sustainable strategy.a) Create organic cotton supply chain from ginner to fabric under GOTS requirement b) Sustainable viscose, especially on Ecovero, Livaeco & Ecotangc) Recycle products (Polyester, Polyamide, Cotton etc.) including post-consumer & pre-consumer d) RWS & Traceable Cashmere 6) Yarn Fabric Price benchmarka) Define yarn/fabric spec to make sure price is working on “apple” to “apple” b) Focus on running/key qualities c) Not only with China yarn/fabric mills but also India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Sri Lanka fabric mills.

- Support management to set up nominated yarn, knits fabric management process Bundling core yarns, knits fabrics to achieve competitive price, stable quality and on time delivery, especially for off season yarn, knits fabric bundling, price negotiation, pre book material etc. - Work closely with garment sourcing colleague, buying/design team, suppliers to manage yarn, knits fabric quality, color, pattern, stitch development. - Costing control. To ensure yarn, knits fabric in affordable range & competitive in the market- Sourcing yarn, knits fabric mills in north of Asia including China, Korea, Japan, Thailand etc.- Focus on sustainable qualities. Including organic cotton, recycle products, RWS wool, eco viscose etc. - Risk assessment with related departments and solve potential or happened problems- Work together with design/trends team to collect fashion points in the market

2008.8 - 2009.11 Handle Express development/bulk under Mast HK express team arrange development from proto, SMS sample booking SMS sample yarn, SMS trim development/booking follow up bulk orders, follow customer daily changing/comments etc. negotiate price between garment supplier and customer2009.11 - 2010.12 Set up business with White House Black Market under Mast SH management start from Zero to get 80% sweater business arrange each month development(proto, sample yarn, color, trim etc.) negotiate price, delivery etc. monitor bulk order arrange development/bulk VC meeting/buying meeting, business trip etc.
