Frank's trial practice is focused on the areas of product liability, professional liability, premise liability, motor vehicle liability, construction defects and accidents, fires and toxic torts. Product manufacturers, major retailers, trucking companies, municipalities and various professionals, to name a few, have benefited from Frank's significant experience as a trial lawyer. With over 30 years of experience, he has defended hundreds of casualty cases and served as lead trial counsel in dozens of jury trials.Frank Baker is the supervising attorney for the casualty practice group in our Bethlehem, Pennsylvania office. He then served as Law Clerk to a trial judge. He is actively involved in civic activities in the Lehigh Valley, where he lives and works.
