Hired and supervised internal staff and outside freelancers to manage printing, retouching, and production for print and digital campaigns, large-scale catalog projects, book covers, advertising, and web banners. Clients included: Lord & Taylor, Fortunoff, Spiegel, Dillard’s, Hathaway, Nine West, Federation Stores, Rich’s, Footlocker, Macy’s, and Sears. Developed a departmental “playbook” to create consistency across all systems and processes, and keep costs in line with budget. Worked with art directors and account teams to ensure high quality output. Compiled the departmental budget and managed all purchasing decisions for supplies, equipment upgrades, hardware, software, and vendor services. Provided final approval on all pre-press processes and digital materials.

Managed design and print production projects within Modell’s in-house studio, servicing clients including Adidas, Nike, Reebok, and major New York sports teams. Hired and led a team of creatives, and produced campaign schedules to ensure timely delivery of assets. Managed budgets, contracts, and relationships with outside graphics and printing vendors. Developed a successful proposal to build out thousands of dollars in new workstations and updated equipment.
