In my role at RBS I expedited the processes for the capacity management of a large enterprise of UNIX, Linux, AS400, Tandem and EMC Disk estate. I led the transformation of practices within RBS.

In this period I was primarily responsible for establishing the project capacity sizings for a large array of projects incorporated in a £300M development programme centralising banking IT Services. I made a large contribution to the development of the service capacity options in a large cross-platform capacity team.

I worked in the mainframe capacity planning team delivering capacity forecasts for the key Mainframe, UNIX and POS services.
