I am a recovering CPA turned commercial loan broker. Call me if you seek financing for a senior living or SNF project: first mortgage, B-note, mezz, and mezz-like loans. All transaction types and all levels of care, for one community, or a portfolio that spans a number of states. My role in the transaction is to determine if your loan request makes sense "from 20,000 feet". Talk me through your experience, your equity, and the transaction. If you can make a valid business case for your project, I will introduce you to our principals. Our two principals at Carnegie Capital, JD Stettin and David Farhadian, specialize in sourcing and structuring all manner of debt for senior living and SNF projects. JD and David have secured over $11B in financing for CRE projects in 44 states...mostly for senior living, SNF, and multi-family projects. JD and David will chat with you for 30 minutes, or less, to gain an understanding of you, the transaction, and your needs. If they believe that they may be able to help you, they will ask to see your package. Our principals will give you a quick "no" or a quick "yes" with a soft quote (in 24 to 36 hours, without contacting any lenders) with terms that are competitive and deliverable. Once engaged, we typically secure terms from lenders in two to three weeks (even for challenging loan requests with amounts over $100M).
