CurrentAs Underwriter, I ensure that the client files are within compliance guidelines set by National Debt Relief, provide phone support for our clients involved in the settlement process answering any general inquiries, addressing problems and/or concerns, typically done through inbound and outbound calls. I maintain a rapport with our client base, address emails and online requests for information, provide bilingual services to our Spanish speaking clients, maintain a high level of accuracy, ensuring that appropriate information is provided to all departments, utilize salesforce, resolve customer inquiries/complaints with limited escalation to team leaders, document client discussions clearly and concisely, and much more.
