Collaborate closely with BSA and engineering team to translate business strategy and requirements into feature and/or technical user stories (INVEST method) and define acceptance criteria. Conducted usability testing of early stage prototype with end users to capture design flaws before program kickoff. Member of CN vendor and software product selection committee for transformation project (eCommerce, CMS, Analytics).Key Accomplishments as Product Owner Executed 16-week design sprint that delivered an interactive high-fidelity customer portal prototype which I presented to CN executives and customers to promote the case for change initiative. This proof of concept prototype was the catalyst that secured a multi-million-dollar budget to rebuild customer portal. Eliminated operational inefficiencies (hardcoding) for internal content managers by integrating Rest API technology to link existing CMS and new customer portal. Content managers can now push content to portal without developer intervention. Optimized communication with offshore and non-local resources by infusing new collaboration tools into projects: Slack, Basecamp, Mural, Confluence, Skype Video.

Upgraded the UK and Poland OMS and reporting systems to IBM-Sterling OMS/Cognos Report Studio to align with US eCommerce strategy, annual operating cost reduction of $3M and achieved 25% revenue uplift post-launch.
