Developed and implemented strategies for both new and existing verticals that fostered stronger communication, account management and understanding of their unique needs. Developed, applied and managed various reports which made visible and measured efforts in areas consisting of sales by customer, product line and product category. Worked closely with brands to ensure their minimum advertised price (MAP) was enforced; that product was being sold via the proper and desired channels/customers as per the brand's criteria; assisted with the overall go-to-market strategy including: presenting product to national, regional and local retailers, displaying/presenting product at trade shows and assisting with third-party marketplace management. Designed, created and implemented CRM software, pipedrive, and tailored to the specific manner in which serviced our customers and team best.
