Our IT support team is responsible to configure, install and administer network infrastructures that serve 1300+ staff members across 27 office locations. As a team, we are responsible for the day-to-day IT operations while adhering to IT policies.• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 helpdesk & desktop support for 1300+ end users across 27 offices.• Use of BMC FootPrints ticketing system to accurately document, prioritize, & track requests.• Provide end user support for major engineering software titles.• Provide end user support for remote collaboration solutions including Tandberg Video Conferencing, Citrix GoToMeeting, Cisco WebEX and Microsoft Lync.• Train and orient staff on use of hardware, software, and IT policy and procedures.• Work with vendor support to resolve technical problems with desktop equipment and software.• Locate, restore and recover project files from backups and archives.• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of network and system issues.• Install, repair, maintain and upgrade all PC hardware to ensure optimal performance.• Troubleshoot and repair AV equipment.• Provide support for Dell Precision Workstations & Lenovo ThinkPad Laptops.• Assist in preparing, maintaining and upholding procedures for logging, reporting and statistically monitoring desktop operations.• Provide mobile handheld (iOS/Blackberry) support.
