Provided executive leadership and program management direction for a large portfolio of programs that deliver contractor logistics support, maintenance, and maintenance training for a wide variety of fixed wing aircraft platforms, including T-6, T-1A, T-45, T-38, T-39, C-12, C-27J, B-200, A36, C-172, C-208, and several rotary wing platforms, including TH-57, UH-60, UH-1N, and S-92. These programs serve a broad array of customers including the US Air Force and US Navy in the US, as well as international customers in Israel, Kuwait, Iraq, and Afghanistan. The portfolio drives over $450M in sales per year. Excellent customer satisfaction evidenced by consistently high CPAR scores across the portfolio. Provided executive leadership for multiple significant new business opportunities, including Columbus Air Force Base Maintenance Support Contract, Vance AFB Maintenance Support, Kuwait S-92 (re-compete), Israeli Air Force B-200/A36 (re-compete), Israel T-6 (re-compete), and a significant expansion of the Afghanistan Basic Trainer/Light Lift program. Achieved significant cost performance improvement on the T-1A COMBS program, turning the program from a loss position in FY11 to profit in FY13 by driving innovative methods to reduce material costs. Provided frequent support to new business activities across the division through participation in and leadership of proposal review teams.
