Responsibilities consisted of finding third party products as well as assisting in the formulation of house brand products for our Doctor/Editors to offer to their customers. Primary focus was with the Dr. Susan Lark brand a $21 million dollar division with other health merchandise sales comprising 70% of the business. Traveled extensively to industry trade shows along with searching the internet and pertinent publications for new and innovative product trends.During this time my duties also included writing product training documents, conducting training, and writing product cross-sell/up-sell scripting for customer service.The cross-sell/up-sell efforts for other health merchandise not only reached, but exceeded the million dollar mark under my supervision.

Managed the relationship between our outside partner call centers and internal departments. Specifically our brands with CPU2 a call center in Asheville, N.C. that included our supplement and health merchandise business. Conducted on site training at all outside partner call centers; and Pennsylvania along with Agent scripting.
