Current• Maintain accurate financial records, analyze financial performance, manage working capital, and complete federal and state income tax returns.• Oversee marketing efforts, including website maintenance, social media, email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and print advertisements.• Ensure compliance with NASBA’s regulations governing national CPE sponsors, manage the record retention policy, and review all legal contracts.• Manage technology, including process flow tools, webinar software, audio/video equipment, and video editing. • Spearheading efforts to expand the company’s offerings in the on-demand markets.
