Helping people has always been Frank’s passion. After college and graduate school, Frank served as a youth minister and senior pastor for several years. When he went back to school to work on his doctorate, he took a job in sales to support his family. Through that experience, he discovered a love for helping people with important financial decisions. After graduation, he accepted a position in new home sales with the David Weekley company in Katy, Texas. From there, he was hired by RE/MAX International and spent 19 years serving as a management consultant and business coach for real estate brokers and agents. Frank opened his own real estate brokerage, Abby Realty, in 2017. Abby Realty was the fastest growing independent real estate brokerage in Texas for all four years of its existence. In late 2021 Abby Realty converted to eXp Realty to offer even more opportunities to real estate agents. In 2020 Frank started Jackson Henry Mortgage and then Standard of Greatness Processing to provide the highest level of service to mortgage clients.
