Results included the stabilization of critical revenue-producing applications (customer-facing sites).• Established ‘On-Demand’ technology capability, which reduced delivery time from days to hours by developing project plans, aligning professional services, and managing related program implementations. • Spearheaded over $700K of cost avoidance by facilitating POC’s which lead to production rollouts for DW/BI, Collaboration, Backup & Recovery, and CDN.• Managed $2.5M in related key partner relationships including AWS, and implementation providers. • Operationalized AWS integration across 5 technology groups with seamless hybrid functionality of enterprise services by developing organizational tracking model.
