Organize and direct the day-to-day operations of the Agency, to be responsible for the implementation and supervisor of administrative policies and administratively supervising the provision of all services.Maintains on going liaison with the Governing Body, staff members and the community.Organized and directs the Agency’s ongoing functions. • Effectively supervise the following staff-Program Directors, Administrative Assistants, Registered Nurses, Three Hundred Seventy-Six clients, and Two Hundred personal care attendants with all daily functions. • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office and programs, such as case coordination with Case Management Agency, survey licensure audits, complaints, incident and accident reports, and training new hires. • Review and correct any outstanding issues in reference to the Quality Assurance Program. • Interview and hiring candidates for open positions.• Govern weekly staff meetings to maintain effective communication with staff.• Utilize program resources efficiently and effectively.
