My role as a Success Coach is to carry a student caseload and monitor student's success within their courses. I offer accessible academic help to students, including essay writing, studying for exams, and any other assignments they may need assistance with. With my fellow coworkers, we discuss each student's needs and create an individualized plan to support students who are falling behind in their coursework. In addition to tutoring sessions, I also provide various workshops that range from stress management to wellness and academic skills.
