With a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University, I have a strong background in process-oriented problem-solving and technical specs and requirements. As a Product Owner at Academy Mortgage, I worked with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value applications that met the needs of internal and external customers. I used agile project and product management methodologies, such as Scrum, to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks, and to ensure alignment and collaboration among stakeholders. I also leverage my experience as a Functional Consultant and Project Manager at HighRadius, where I led and supported multiple projects for clients in the credit and collections industry. I am proficient in Azure and other cloud technologies, and I enjoy learning new skills and tools to enhance my performance and productivity. Additionally, I am passionate about giving back to the community and mentoring high school students with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
