I am an experienced middle market leveraged finance executive. During the course of my leveraged finance career, I have accumulated a successful investment track record up and down the balance sheet (senior debt, junior debt and equity). I have considerable experience managing large investment portfolios across multiple asset classes, and have managed middle market debt and equity portfolios of up to approximately $1 billion (including both healthy and troubled investments). I have had to aggressively restructure debt positions (including taking control) and have successfully managed both the acquisition and sale of multiple control equity positions. I also have substantial Boards of Directors experience, including as the Chairman of the Board.Finally, in addition to being a disciplined investor, I am a team player.
